A limited number of ongoing telehealth appointments will be held during this time. if you need to cancel or defer these appointments, please email the individual psychologist.

JULY 2021 UPDATE (see also NEWS)

Things are changing state by state and day by day at the moment. We continue to be guided by the Health Department and our professional organisations; the APS and AAPi. Most of our work is being done remotely, which can cause a slight delay in accessing files etc at times.

We must postpone our face to face assessments. We will convert most other appointments to Telehealth: i.e. phone, Skype, Coviu or Zoom. We are able to conduct counselling sessions and also initial consultations in preparation for an assessment, provide a second opinion and conduct report feedback sessions using Telehealth.

We regret that once again we are not able to accept referrals. We will monitor the situation, and open up the referral process as soon as it is possible.

Although we have resumed face-to-face cognitive assessments, as part of a cautious approach to ensure limited contact in the waiting room, we are still working at a reduced capacity. In addition, although we have welcomed Dr Lenore Drinkwater to the practice, Michaela Hayes is presently on maternity leave, so we are not able to accept as many counselling or assessment referrals.

APRIL 2021

We are continuing to conduct a large proportion of our appointments through Telehealth, meaning phone, Skype, Coviu or Zoom. We are able to conduct counselling sessions and also initial consultations in preparation for an assessment, provide a second opinion and conduct report feedback sessions using Telehealth. We are now conducting some measures of academics, memory and attention remotely.
