Lizette Campbell

Principal Clinical Psychologist

Lizette Campbell has been in private practice for more than 30 years and has AHPRA endorsement in both Educational & Developmental Psychology and Clinical Psychology. As Educational and Developmental Psychology covers the lifespan, she is skilled at assessing a very wide age range. She enjoys undertaking complex diagnostic assessments and has extensive experience in autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, cognitive and learning difficulties, giftedness and ADHD. Lizette will undertake short term counselling with young children, adolescents and adults for issues arising from a diagnosis such as a Specific Learning Disorder, ADHD and ASD.

Lizette provides supervision for psychologists for registration and College membership as well as ongoing professional development. She also conducts workshops for both parents and other professionals. She is active in a number of professional organisations and was the NSW Chairperson of the APS College of Educational & Developmental Psychologists for over 8 years. She is a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists, a Fellow of the APS College of Educational and Developmental Psychologists and a Member of AAPi.

Katie Campbell

Katie Campbell has substantial experience in conducting psychometric assessments, particularly in the areas of ADHD, learning and attentional difficulties, as well as giftedness. She has an interest in working with young children, adolescents and their parents in a counselling role and has experience in anxiety, emotional regulation, OCD, depression and panic attacks. She enjoys creating innovative and topical resources for therapy. Katie is an Associate Member of the APS College of Educational and Developmental Psychologists. She and Lizette work closely together, including undertaking some joint assessments.

Update February 2024: Katie is currently working part time.

Michaela Hayes

Michaela Hayes completed a two year internship at this practice early in 2020 when she became a fully registered Psychologist. We are delighted that she is continuing with us as an Associate. Michaela’s background includes previous experience at MultiLit working with children with reading disabilities. Michaela works closely with Lizette and Katie and has gained considerable experience in conducting psychometric assessments as well as developing skills in counselling across the lifespan.  Michaela is particularly interested in using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in her counselling and we are benefitting from her research and study in this area.

Lenore Drinkwater

Dr Lenore Drinkwater has been a practising Psychologist for 18 years and has AHPRA endorsement in Educational & Developmental Psychology. She has extensive experience in a wide range of diagnostic assessments, particularly Dyslexia and other Learning disorders, giftedness and ADHD in children and adolescents. She worked as Educational Psychologist/Head of Student Support Services for many years at Pymble Ladies College before commencing in private practice at the beginning of 2019. Prior to gaining full registration as a Psychologist in March 2003, Lenore taught music in Primary and Secondary schools for more than 20 years.  Lenore is a Fellow of the APS College of Educational and Developmental Psychologists. We are delighted that Lenore has joined us.
